The park was acceptable, relatively clean. The down side is that it's next to a seedy neighborhood. We walked outside the park one block and were scared to go any further. That made us a little uncomfortable. However, for an overnight stay is was just fine.

As of this date, the park is only 17 months old. However, it is one of the top 3 we've ever stayed in. It's designed for RVers. Very well kept grounds, a dog run, completely fenced with a security gate, and the staff is just awesome! Anytime we are near Topeka, we will go out of our way to stay at this park!!

We don't like KOA's in general, as they are not well kept. This is an exception! Friendly staff, well kept, excellent Wi-Fi. While gravel roads, it's all level. There are cute little cabins for tag along relatives. The pet area is the best we've seen in 3 years. They custom make pizza right at the park, for a decent price of $10, and deliver to your rig. Far enough from the highway for the noise to be dissipated. Sites are a little close, but it's been the best KOA we've ever seen.

Clean, easy to access, no frills. Not too many full timers. Cable and internet access were great. Gravel roads. Convenient to local restaurants, although the whole town of Elk City is only about 6 miles across. Far enough from the I-40 that the noise wasn't bad at all. Water pressure was only 40 PSI. Nice young couple running the place. Would stay again for overnight anytime.

It is located in west Lubbock, with easy access. The camp is very clean with a fair number of full timers. However, all are clean and well kept. Pet owners should beware of ticks and stickers. There are not a lot of places for pets. The people are nice. I have stayed there 3 times and will stay there again!

We stayed at this park because the ratings looked decent. Upon arrival, the number of full timers was obvious, and the appeal was not very good at all. We got the best site, #18, which is on the end and allowed us to look out our door at trees. However, behind us sits a multitude of very old, creepy full timers sites. Good cable TV, great internet access. And, only 1.1 miles from the local state correctional facility. We'll try the state park next time. Stayed only 1 night.
